If you are connecting a new WiFi or wireless device to the Metro Loop provided router, you will find the SSID (wireless network name) and password listed on a sticker on the back of the router.
Please do not disconnect any wires from the wireless router as it may cause a loss of service for other devices on the network.
If you have requested a custom SSID and password and cannot find or remember the information or if you would like to set a custom SSID and password, please contact our technical support department at 905-667-8945 and we will confirm your account information and help you get reconnected.
